Terms of Participation
1. Introduction
Welcome to the FigmentsClubLabs Boost Reward (FBR) Ecosystem ("Program"). By participating in the FBR Program, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
The FBR Program is designed to:
Incentivize community growth, loyalty, and engagement around the Stylized Figments (SFC) NFT collection.
Provide fair, transparent rewards based on referrals and social media activities.
Participation is voluntary and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to invest, purchase securities, or guarantee any financial return.
2. Eligibility
Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
Compliance: Must comply with all local, national, and international laws.
Wallet Address: A non-custodial wallet is required.
Membership: Open to all; Stylized Figments NFT ownership is not required, but can affect point earnings.
⚠️ Participants from jurisdictions that prohibit NFT-based reward programs are not eligible.
3. Program Structure
The FBR System features two primary activities:
Referral Program: Earn Referral Points by referring new buyers.
Social Media Challenge: Earn Social Media Points through promotional activities.
Rewards are distributed weekly based on your share of total points.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Referral Program
Referral ID: Each participant receives a unique ID.
Point Allocation:
NFT Holder Referrer: 60 points per valid referral.
Non-NFT Holder Referrer: 30 points per valid referral.
Valid Referral:
Referral uses your link/code correctly.
The referred user purchases a Stylized Figments NFT.
No manipulation or artificial trades involved.
✅ Only genuine, verified purchases are rewarded.

Daily Limitations: Multiple activities are allowed; spamming is prohibited.
Content Standards: Must be authentic, original, and platform-compliant.
5. Reward Distribution
Reward Calculation:
60% of the Creator Fee Pool ➔ Referral Program.
20% of the Creator Fee Pool ➔ Social Media Challenge.
Distribution: Rewards are sent to the participant’s registered wallet within 7 days after each competition cycle.
Fees: Participants are responsible for any blockchain transaction (gas) fees.
6. Disqualification & Prohibited Activities
Immediate disqualification (without notice) for:
Self-Referral: Referring yourself.
Wash Trading: Artificial trades without genuine intent.
Sybil Attacks: Using multiple wallets.
Fraudulent Activity: Misrepresentation, bots, false information.
Spam Content: Low-quality, repetitive, or misleading posts.
Offensive Content: Harmful, discriminatory, or illegal material.
🚫 Penalty: Loss of all points and rewards during violation periods.
7. No Guarantees
Participation does not guarantee any specific reward or monetary return.
Reward amounts depend on:
Total royalties collected.
Number of participants.
Participant performance.
NFT value and secondary market performance are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: Remains yours, but by participating, you grant Figments Club Labs a royalty-free, perpetual license to repost, share, or use it.
Use of Branding: Allowed strictly under these Terms for FBR activities only.
9. Modifications & Termination
Figments Club Labs may modify, suspend, or terminate the FBR Ecosystem at any time, with or without notice.
Updates will be communicated via official channels (e.g., website, Discord, Twitter).
Continued participation = acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participation is at your own risk.
Figments Club Labs is not liable for:
Technical failures.
Gas fees.
Lost rewards.
Regulatory changes.
Any other losses or damages.
11. Privacy Policy
Data Collected: Wallet addresses and social media usernames.
Security: Information is stored securely.
Confidentiality: No selling, renting, or sharing without consent, unless legally required.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or access our services. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to you.

By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
